Conductive Spring Materials    

Designed for use in current carrying spring applications, HS series conductive spring materials range from 25% to 60% IACS conductivity, and offer a cost effective alternative to conventional conductive spring materials in applications where beryllium copper, stainless steel and phosphor bronze alloys are used.

HS series materials consist of a combination of C10200 copper for conductivity and high strength alloys; such as 301SS, AISI1065 steel or C51000 phosphor bronze, to achieve high mechanical strength.
